With a payload of 14kg and a reach of 911mm, the FANUC CR-14iA/L Collaborative Robot is a step up from the FANUC CR-7iA Collaborative Robot. Although larger in size, to accommodate the increased payload, its footprint is only marginally larger. As a result, it can be mounted in the same way as the smaller CR-7iA robot. It’s enhanced payload allows it to work with larger pieces and denser materials while maintaining the high-level of accuracy and repeatability required for assembly operations. Like all FANUC robots, it can use robot vision systems to help with identification and positioning duties, improving its versatility, and relieving people of the strain of repeated work.
