FANUC LR Mate 200iD/4SH Lightweight Robot
The FANUC LR Mate 200iD/4SH is a versatile robot which can be used in a variety of small-payload applications. It has 5 axes of control and a maximum reach of 550 mm, ideal for process with small work envelopes. The robot comes with a fast wrist axis, capable of up to 1500 °/sec, to increase flexibility and ensure that cycle times are minimised.
The FANUC LR Mate 200iD/4SH is designed for lightweight applications where 5 axes of motion are able to provide sufficient dexterity. The robot has a maximum payload of 4 kg at its wrist and an overall unit weight of only 20 kg. As a result, it can be mounted in various ways including floor, upside-down, ceiling or angle-mounted. The mechanical units are also fully sealed, with an IP67 rating. The LR Mate 200iD also comes in 14WP (Wash Proof), however this 4 kg Short Arm (4SH) version is ideal for fast operation and small payload applications.
