FANUC M-100iA

A more recent large material handling robot from FANUC, the M-1000iA, has greater flexibility and can lift and move large objects. The FANUC M-1000iA is the company’s largest robot with a serial connection system, as opposed to heavy payload robots’ parallel link mechanisms. As a result, the FANUC M-1000iA’s vertical and longitudinal ranges of motion are increased, enabling the arm to spin backwards and stand upright—capabilities that similar robots are unable to perform.

Users are also given more flexibility in a range of handling tasks, including assembly, machine tending, material removal, dispensing, material handling, and spot welding, thanks to this capacity. For example, by drilling and handling automobile components, construction, and other tasks, users of the 6 axis FANUC M-1000iA can automate production lines and increase productivity.
