FANUC LR Mate 200iD/4SC Clean Room Robot

The FANUC LR Mate 200iD/4SC is the short arm, clean room variant of the LR Mate 200iD. This robot has an intelligent small footprint designed specifically to operate in strict clean room requirements. This makes it suit tasks such as food and beverage processing, medical device manufacturing or semiconductor handling.  The mechanical units are also fully sealed, with IP67 rating and the option to upgrade to IP69K where high pressure cleaning is required. Clean Room (/C) robots are designed to prevent the robot itself from becoming a source of contamination.

The FANUC LR Mate 200iD/4SC is suited to operation in limited spaces where a small work envelope is required. The arm has a maximum reach of 550 mm. Specifically designed for light applications, with a maximum payload of 4 kg at its wrist. With an overall unit weight of only 20 kg, the robot can be mounted flexibly including floor-mount, mounted upside-down on the ceiling or angle-mounted.
