Equipped with 6 axis, a payload of 12kg, a 1441mm reach and various mounting options, the FANUC ARC Mate 100iD is ideal for compact installation requirements. The welding dressout and seam tracking sensor wires can also be internally routed with ease through the robot. Robot interference is reduced with peripherals and work cell equipment, improving system dependability and usability. With a 57mm hollow wrist, this welding robot has the largest hollow wrist within its class. This allows for high-density lay outs. With the addition of utilities such as seam tracking sensor cables, air pipes and vision cables routed through its wrist, the FANUC ARC Mate 100iD is created to fit into tiny areas in jigs and fixtures.
