While we believe in this little bird’s instinctive ability to fly, we also believe in a good simulator. Automated Solutions Australia (ASA) determines robot configurations and cycle times BEFORE a robot cell is acquired or placed into production by using simulated CAD applications. The client can then picture the product and how it will affect the plant’s ability to produce it. Additionally, Automated Solutions Australia (ASA) is able to mobilise and demobilise from a site more quickly and affordably for clients thanks to Robotic Simulations facilities, as cells and programs may be finished at our Adelaide or Melbourne offices before traveling to the site. As a result, there is less need for prolonged equipment downtime.
