The FANUC Paint Mate 200/5L is the lightest in its class weighing in at 35kg and makes a great addition to your manufacturing facility. It comes with floor, inverted angle, and wall mounting options. It is the perfect solution for a range of small parts painting processes, as well as coating, assembling, handling, material removal, and dispensing capabilities. Its comparable to a human arm sized robot, so akin to manufacturing processes of this scale. It features a 5kg payload, and 892 mm of reach.

The FANUC P-40 Paint Robot also has a variety of mounting positions, perfect for smaller workspaces. With a payload of 5kg, and a reach of up to 1300mm, it is the perfect mid-size paint robot. The FANUC P40 Paint robot is a flexible and adaptable paint robot capable of easily painting precise details, tiny components, and new styles.

The FANUC P-50/10L is also designed for small booth applications such as EMI/RF shielding, wheel painting, furniture coating, and the processing of small components. It also has flexible mounting options. The unique arm design on the Fanuc P-50 /10L robot allows for maximum articulation and dexterity, as well as the capability to flip over and paint behind itself. With 10 kg of payload, and 1800 mm of reach, it represents the largest work envelope of the smaller painting robots.

The FANUC P-250 Paint Robot also has flexible mounting options (wall, ceiling-hung, or floor-mounted). The robot has a high 15 kg applicator payload, allowing it to be fitted with a broad range of rotary atomizers or multi-headed spray guns. The FANUC P-250 robot also comes with the option of a non-conductive wrist and arm cover, to facilitate better electrostatic transfer to the substrate in Automatic Painting Applications. The P-250 features 2800 mm of reach.

The FANUC P-350/45 encompasses enhanced wrist capacity for heavy workpieces and fixtures handling, it certainly lives up to its reputation. Being the highest accuracy class 1, division 1 rated robot in the industry, this robot has the flexibility to be used in a wide variety of hazardous applications including paint, sealing, surface cleaning and preparation, material handling, material removal, and inspection. With 45 kg of payload, the reach is 2606 mm.
